ShopDeck is one of India's fastest-growing D2C e-commerce enablement platforms, helping sellers build and scale successful direct-to-consumer businesses. Our Learning & Development (L&D) team drives onboarding, sales enablement, and operational excellence across customer-facing teams.

As a Content Creator Intern, you'll work closely with the L&D team to transform training inputs into engaging, delivery-ready learning content used across onboarding, sales training, process training, and employee upskilling programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create professional training presentations for onboarding, sales training, product modules, and process walkthroughs.

• Develop short explainer videos, screen recordings, and training tutorials using tools like Loom, Descript, CapCut, or similar.

• Convert SOPs, process documents, and sales frameworks into visual formats such as flowcharts, infographics, cheat sheets, and job aids.

• Design visual assets for training launches, LMS content, Slack announcements, and internal communication campaigns.

• Organize, maintain, and update the L&D content repository to ensure content accuracy and version control.

• Adapt training content for field sales teams, including Hindi/Hinglish formats when required.

• Prepare and upload learning content to the LMS while following established naming and tagging conventions.

RequirementsMust Have

• Strong presentation design skills using PowerPoint or Google Slides.

• Proficiency in Canva for creating visual learning assets.

• Experience using video creation/editing tools (Loom, Descript, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar).

• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Comfort creating content in Hindi/Hinglish.
