CarePal Group is India's leading healthcare financing ecosystem, operating through ImpactGuru (Healthcare Crowdfunding), CarePal Secure (Insurance Distribution), and CarePal Money (Healthcare Lending).

We are looking for an experienced fundraising and investor relations leader to work directly with the founders and drive strategic fundraising initiatives, investor engagement, and capital market activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead equity and venture debt fundraising initiatives end-to-end
• Build and manage relationships with Venture Capital, Private Equity, Institutional Investors, Family Offices, and Debt Partners
• Drive investor outreach, fundraising strategy, deal execution, and transaction closure
• Prepare investor presentations, financial models, board materials, and fundraising collateral
• Lead financial, legal, tax, and commercial due diligence processes
• Support M&A opportunities, strategic partnerships, and corporate development initiatives
• Manage investor communications, shareholder reporting, and board interactions
• Support IPO readiness and capital market initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 8-15+ years of experience in Fundraising, Investor Relations, Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or related functions
• Proven track record of executing equity fundraising transactions of $10M+ or higher
• Experience working with VC, PE, institutional investors, and venture debt providers
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence expertise
• Prior experience in high-growth startups, investment banking, or Big Four transaction advisory environments
• MBA from a Tier-1 institute preferred (IIMs, NMIMS, ISB, FMS, SPJIMR, XLRI, etc.)
• Experience supporting board reporting, investor management, and strategic decision-making
