About the Job:
We are looking for a Middleware Senior Associate to join our client's Connected Supply Chain team and support the design and implementation of integration solutions that improve business operations and client efficiency. In this role, you will work on middleware and API integration projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help deliver scalable and secure integration solutions. You will also manage technical challenges, support client engagements, and mentor junior team members while ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement middleware and integration solutions for client systems and applications.
- Support API development, lifecycle management, and integration security practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient integration solutions.
- Analyze client requirements and recommend suitable technical approaches.
- Manage and support integration and implementation projects in client-facing environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical integration issues and operational challenges.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Support deployment and maintenance of integration solutions in SaaS and cloud environments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovative integration practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of solid experience in client-facing integration and/or implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience with middleware and integration technologies.
- Knowledge of API lifecycle management and integration security.
- Experience deploying integration solutions in SaaS or cloud-based environments.
- Experience managing technical projects and working directly with clients.
- Relevant software or integration certifications are an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication (written & verbal) skills.
- Can start immediately, if possible.
