About the Role
You will act as the quality gatekeeper for KYC decisions.
This is a high
-bar role requiring strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to challenge decisions constructively.
What You’ll Do
QC review of KYC/CDD/EDD cases
Identify reasoning gaps, not just documentation errors
Provide structured feedback to analysts
Track QA trends and root causes
Support training and calibration
Act as SME for complex cases
Must
-Haves
4+ years KYC experience (1–2 years QC)
Strong AML regulatory knowledge
Ability to evaluate decision quality, not just process adherence
Strong communication + coaching ability
