Minimum years experience required

3+ years KYC / CDD / EDD (US preferred)

Strong AML regulatory knowledge Ability to apply risk-based judgment in ambiguous scenarios Experience handling cases end-to-end Strong written communication (defensible case narratives) High attention to detail Ownership mindset What You’ll Do Perform KYC / CDD / EDD for US customers (BSA, FinCEN, OFAC, CIP) Conduct sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening with clear rationale Perform EDD including UBO, SoF/SoW analysis Identify inconsistencies across documents and customer profiles Assign risk ratings and escalate high-risk cases Maintain audit-ready documentation Meet SLAs (quality + productivity) Flag gaps and process improvements
