The Senior Manager Brand Strategy & Partnerships role sits at the intersection of brand, innovation, technology and strategic collaborations - shaping how the brand connects with culture, industry, and future-facing ecosystems.
In this role, you will drive strategic brand initiatives, develop impactful partnerships, sponsorships, and scalable activation platforms, while providing strategic consultancy services across brand, innovation, mobility, B2B, and technology-related topics.
In your role, you will:
Strategic Brand & Partnership Development: Drive brand and partnership strategies, concepts, and activation platforms across marketing, innovation, mobility, selected sports and cultural environments, as well as future platforms, fairs & events, brand ambassadors, and strategic collaborations.
Strategy & Consultancy Services: Structure complex topics, develop strategic frameworks and decision logics, and translate business needs into clear recommendations, roadmaps, and executive-ready concepts.
Positioning & Storytelling: Develop strategic positioning, compelling storytelling, and narratives around brand, innovation, technology, and future mobility.
External Activation Platforms: Build and manage external activation platforms, brand collaborations, sponsorships, and partnership formats that increase visibility, relevance, and audience engagement across B2C and B2B environments.
Brand Frameworks & Strategic Concepts: Create brand communication and activation frameworks to ensure strategic consistency and alignment across initiatives and touchpoints.
Executive Communication: Prepare management and board-level presentations, strategic concept papers, workshops, and executive reviews with clear messaging, recommendations, options, and decision frameworks.
Strategic Partnerships & Sponsorships: Lead strategic partnerships and sponsorship initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including the evaluation, development, and activation of partnership assets and rights.
Analytics & KPI Responsibilities:
- Develop KPI frameworks for brand partnerships and activation platforms in close collaboration with the business intelligence team.
- Establish data-driven reporting and steering logic, including measurements of brand impact, visibility, audience engagement, and partnership performance.
- Support the development of strategic dashboards and decision-making frameworks.
