Your responsibilities
Optimize processes for top international banks by analyzing complex workflows, identifying improvement potential, and developing smart solutions.
Shape capital markets regulation by advising on frameworks like EMIR, MiFID/MiFIR, SFTR, MAR, and MiCAR, and optimizing regulatory reporting.
Translate regulatory requirements into practice by evaluating new rules, developing tailored implementation strategies, and bringing them to life.
Collaborate closely with specialized departments, bringing in your expert knowledge to solve complex regulatory challenges.
Take responsibility within project teams by structuring and independently executing work packages, discussing results, and ensuring tangible impact for clients.
Monitor market trends and drive topics independently, developing innovative concepts in RegTech, automation, and emerging technologies.
Your ticket
Your educational foundation is a degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, and a Master's degree, MBA, or PhD is a strong plus.
You bring several years of experience in the capital markets environment, alongside a strong understanding of financial products and market infrastructures, ideally gained through regulatory or implementation projects using both traditional and agile methodologies.
You possess a deep knowledge of regulations such as EMIR, SFTR, MMSR, MiFIR II, and transaction reporting, fully understanding their practical impact on market participants.
With a tech-savvy mindset, you confidently navigate tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Office, SharePoint, Octane, HP-ALM, SQL, or Python, and any additional experience in Data Analytics or Data Engineering is a clear advantage.
Confidently and precisely, you communicate in both German and English to make complex technical and regulatory topics easily understandable for diverse stakeholders.
You tackle complex challenges with a forward-thinking and solution-oriented approach, easily connecting the dots to develop smart and effective strategies.
