Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across all time horizons
- Maintain and grow long-term client relationships
- Negotiate pricing and prepare sales contracts in line with company policies
- Provide accurate sales reporting to support planning and decision-making
- Mentor and support junior sales staff to improve performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or marketing roles
- Strong business development and sales track record
- Experience in cold storage, shipping, or related industries
