An established Business Development Manager (Cold Storage,) role focused on driving sustainable financial growth through increasing sales, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and building strong long-term client relationships.

The position involves developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies across cold storage, shipping, and retail outlet operations,

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across all time horizons
  • Maintain and grow long-term client relationships
  • Negotiate pricing and prepare sales contracts in line with company policies
  • Provide accurate sales reporting to support planning and decision-making
  • Mentor and support junior sales staff to improve performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or marketing roles
  • Strong business development and sales track record
  • Experience in cold storage, shipping, or related industries
